Washburns Handyman Services
My name is Stephen Washburn and I look forward to helping you in any way that I can. I joined the military as an IT specialist when I was in my late 20's where I graduated as the distinguished honor grad. Later on I signed up at North Idaho College to learn how to become an HVAC technician. I began performing small home renovations on my own house to add the personal touch that would make it my own. I then began to expand on that through time and built my own tiny home. For the past few years I pursued a career in the HVAC field. This was an extremely rewarding and enjoyable career. Recently I decided to branch out and start my own handyman service where I can offer friendly affordable service to friends and neighbors in the Pacific Northwest.
HVAC Maintenance & Repair
Basic Maintenance - Typical maintenance will take 1-2 hours depending on equipment. At the end you will get a full system profile with any repair recommendations to keep your system running at optimal performance and efficiency.
Diagnostic - The Diagnostic fee will cover the first hour of diagnostic. In most situations a diagnostic can be quick and easy, however, there may be situations that require more time to locate the issue. Once the issue has been found, repair recommendations will be provided with estimates.
Tractor Work
I have the ability to offer a few services using a tractor. I have a landscaping rake, box blade, snow thrower, and auger. If you need a driveway leveled out after the rainy season, gravel spread, or holes drilled, estimates can be provided.
Hauling
Hauling services can be provided utilizing a dump trailer with a 3 ton capacity. If you need dirt, gravel or rock hauled in, or garbage, yard debris, or construction debris hauled out, an estimate can be provided. Materials can be sourced to a supplier in your vicinity.
IT Support
With my background and resources in the IT field, I can assist in various technological facets. This can include anything from setting up smart home devices to home networks.
